Lake County Board met November 16.
Here is the minutes as provided by the board:
1. Call to Order
Member Fleming calls the meeting into order at 3:00 P.M. Present 3- Member Fleming, Member Kotulla and Member Helm Staff Present –Franke
2. Approval of Minutes
The Board reviewed the Regular Session Minutes of November 9, 2017; a motion to approve was received by Member Helm, a second motion was made by Member Kotulla and the Regular Session Minutes of November 9, 2017 were approved by all members.

5. New Business
5.1 Approval of assessment appeal case decisions in cases where no hearing was conducted November 4, 2017 through November 10, 2017 as Decision

The Board reviewed the case decisions through November 10, 2017; a motion to approve was received by Member Kotulla, a second motion was made by Member Helm and the case decisions are final by unanimous vote of the members.
Clerk Franke informed the Board Members that this was the final approval of assessment appeal case decisions in cases where no hearings were conducted. Member Fleming also commented November 29, 2017 is the final hearing date for Non-Homestead’s; with December 1, 2017 as the final hearing date scheduled for Residential hearings. The final Commercial day of hearings is set for December 7, 2017.

On a motion received by Member Helm, and a second motion by Member Kotulla the Board adjourned at 3:05 pm.
