         IL 60618, requests by authority of Section 150.1204(A)(1) of the Highland Park Zoning Code, a

         variation of provisions of Section 150.105(A) and Section 150.711(A), as required under the R5

         zoning district, to (i) encroach 6.2 feet within the Established Building Setback of 54.37 feet to a

         proposed setback of 48.17 feet from the north lot line, in order to construct an attached porch

         onto the front of an existing single family residence.
