Board Minutes of March 26, 2018. Trustee Echtenacher motioned, seconded by Trustee Semmerling to approve the board minutes of March 26, 2018. The motion was approved unanimously by voice vote.

Public Comment. Supervisor Simpson informed the Board that Lake County was interested in installing turn lanes at the entrance to the Campus. This project is not in the best interest of the Township because of the destruction to existing property and excessive cost to taxpayers. It will be discussed with the Lake County Board shortly.

Supervisor Simpson and Joe Doyle discussed a requirement from the state that would require us to provide lunches to our youth center participants during the summer. Doyle indicated it should not be too much of a problem since we have done it on a limited basis in the past at Park City. It would help keep center kids in the area and away from the playground. The Board appeared to be quite positive and supportive.

Supervisor Simpson also advised the Board that the Warren Road District Highway Commissioner's Annual Report and the Warren Road District Treasurer's Annual Report had been received.

Treasurer's Report. Trustee Semmerling motioned, seconded by Trustee Echtenacher to approve the subject report. The motion was approved unanimously by a voice vote.

New Business:

A. Pay Bills. Trustee Radke motioned, seconded by Trustee Echtenacher to approve the bills as presented including an addition one from Optimum Safety Management for $3810. The motion was approved unanimously by roll call vote.

B. Transgender Policy. Resolution NO. 2018-R-15. The Warren Board of Trustees believes it is important to foster an environment that is safe, welcoming and free from stigma and discrimination for all children, regardless of sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or gender expression and the Board further wishes to ensure that all children have the opportunity to express themselves and live authentically. Trustee Semmerling motioned, seconded by Trustee Echtenacher to approve and adopt the subject resolution. The motion was approved unanimously by a voice vote.

C. Park Bans
