         Nature of Appeal: The petitioner, Greg Hajdich of Gilriz Construction, of 5307 Business

         Parkway, Ringwood, Illinois 60072, on behalf of the property owner Dre Realty Investments, of

         7500 Linder Avenue, Skokie Il, 60077, requests by authority of Section 150.1204(A)(14) and

         Section 173.030 of the Highland Park Zoning Code, a variation of provisions of Section

         150.707(B)(1) and Section 173.010(C), as required under the R2 zoning district, (i) to encroach

         24 feet into the required subdivision building line of 40 feet on the south side of the property to

         Nature of Appeal: The petitioners and property owners, Nicole and Aaron Gerber, of 251

         Ravine Drive, Highland Park, Illinois, 60035, request by authority of Section 150.1204(A)(1),

         Section 150.1204(A)(4), and Section 150.1204(A)(11) of the Zoning Code, a variation of

         provisions of Section 150.703, Section 150.703.3(A), Section 150.707(A)(9), Section

         150.707(D)(1), Section 150.1903(A), and Section 150.1906(F), as required under the R4 zoning

         district, to (i) to allow an accessory structure within a required front yard, (ii) encroach 29 feet

         into the required front yard of 40 feet to a proposed setback of 11 feet along the south property

         line, (iii) perform earth moving to construct a deck, porch and patio within the Steep Slope

         Zone, (iv) encroach 24 feet within the Steep Slope Zone and 14 feet within the Steep Slope, (v)
