Grayslake Community High School District 127 issued the following announcement on Sept. 12.
PETITION FILING PERIOD FOR SCHOOLBOARD CANDIDATES FOR THE APRIL 2, 2019 SCHOOL BOARD ELECTION ANNOUNCED
Nominating petition packets for the April 2, 2019 school board election in Grayslake Community High School District 127 will be available at the Lake County Clerk’s Office or online from the Lake County Clerk’s website at lakecountyclerk.info starting on September 12, 2018. The circulation period for the nonpartisan school board candidates will begin on September 18, 2018.
The petition filing period will be from Monday, December 10, 2018 through Monday, December 17, 2018, in the Lake County Clerk’s Office.
Four (4) seats on the seven-member Board of Education will be filled at the April 2, 2019 election; all four (4) seats will be for full four-year terms, expiring in April, 2023.
