Governor race: Democrat Pritzker wins voter tally in Vernon Township Precinct 282

JB Pritzker led Republican Bruce Rauner in votes cast in Vernon Township Precinct 282 for the gubernatorial race, according to the latest vote count.

Pritzker appeared to outpace Rauner by a margin of 38.6 percent on Tuesday in the precinct.

In comparison, the 2014 winner, Democrat Pat Quinn, won by a margin of 20.3 percent in that jurisdiction, beating Republican Bruce Rauner, who received 160 votes to Quinn's 243.
