State House race: Republican Walsh wins voter tally in Vernon Township Precinct 260

Helene Miller Walsh led Democrat Mary Edly-Allen in votes cast in Vernon Township Precinct 260 for the District 51 state House race, according to the latest vote count.

Walsh appeared to outpace Edly-Allen by a margin of 1.7 percent on Tuesday in the precinct.

In 2014, Republican Ed Sullivan, Jr., ran uncontested, so no comparison data is available.
