Village of Mundelein issued the following announcement on Dec. 14.
During this season of giving and thinking of others, the Midwest Veterans Closet—a philanthropic organization committed to assisting veterans—is in need of towels, underwear, socks, and new or gently used work boots. These items can be dropped off anytime at the Mundelein Village Hall or at the Midwest Veterans Closet site, 2323 Green Bay Road in North Chicago. Attendees MUST have a military, dependent, or Veteran ID.
“We are so grateful to the entire Village of Mundelein for their ongoing support of the Midwest Veterans Closet,” said Mary Carmody, President and Founder, Midwest Veterans Closet.
