Grayslake Park District recently issued the following announcement.
The Grayslake Community Park District is honored to be featured in the Grayslake Heritage Center and Museum’s exhibit “Where the Fun Grows: 60 Years of the Grayslake Community Park District.”
The exhibit highlights the past 60 years the park district has provided parks and recreation opportunities for the Grayslake community. The exhibit is open now through early November 2019.
Please stop by to check out the exhibit, learn a little more about the park district’s history, and enter the seasonal raffle. The exhibit includes wonderful interactive activities for kids, like designing your own park and trying on jerseys, costumes, and T-shirts from old Park District programs. Who knows, you may even find a picture of yourself in one of the exhibit panels!
