A detailed review of individual fines revealed that Friends of Ed Erwin was the only campaign committee in Lake Villa that was delinquent in payment for August 2018, according to the Illinois State Board of Elections.
The largest fine that Friends of Ed Erwin has yet to pay was imposed on Sept. 2, 2016, for a late quarterly report. The amount of this fine alone is $75.
