Illinois General Assembly: HB2837 actions on May 23

The following actions were taken on May 23 in the House on House bill HB2837 ("state treasurer-able account"): "Placed on Calendar Order of Concurrence Senate Amendment(s", "Arrived in House", "Third Reading - Passed", "Placed on Calendar Order of 3rd Reading", "Senate Floor Amendment No. 2 Adopted(Morrison", "Recalled to Second Reading" and "Senate Floor Amendment No. 2 Recommend Do Adopt Financial Institutions".

The bill, as it was introduced in the House by Rep. Kelly M. Burke (D-36) on Feb. 14, "amends the State Treasurer Act" and "modifies and reorganizes provisions concerning the ABLE account program," according to the General Assembly website.
