City of Lake Forest Plan Commission met Dec. 11.

Here is the agenda provided by the commission:

1. Introduction of Commission members and staff, overview of meeting procedures – Chairman Kehr

2. Consideration of the minutes from the November 14, 2019 Plan Commission meeting.

3. Public Hearing and Action: Consideration of a request for a recommendation in support of approval of the final plat of subdivision for the Margaret M. and Hampton M. Swift Memorial Subdivision Plat. The tentative plat for this subdivision was previously approved by the Commission. The final plat is consistent with the prior approval and is presented for final review by the Commission as required by the Code.

4. Public Hearing and Action: Continued consideration of a request for a recommendation in support of the site plan and overall Phase 3 of the McKinley Road Redevelopment based on general conformance with the previously approved Master Plan and Redevelopment Parameters. The Phase 3 property is located on the south side of Westminster, east of McKinley Road, adjacent to and east of the earlier phases of the development.

5. Opening of Public Hearing: Comprehensive Plan Update -- Route 60 Entrance Corridor Chapter. Background information will be presented. No action is requested at this time. The January 8th Plan Commission meeting will be dedicated to review, comment and deliberation on this agenda item.
