6. Approval of an Ordinance Authorizing the Acceptance of Amended Covenants for the Villas at the Commons Homeowners’ Association—K Hovnanian
Ordinance amends the Board accepted Covenants for the Villas at the Commons. The change found in Article V, Section 5.1 (f)relates to outdoor parking of commercial vehicles. Proposed language coincides with the Village Code.
7. Approval of an Ordinance Authorizing the Execution of an Assignment and Assumption of Improvement Agreement—K. Hovnanian T & C Homes at Illinois, LLC and K. Hovnanian at Villas at the Commons, LLC—Villas at the Commons Subdivision
Agreement provides for the assignment of all interest under the Improvement Agreement from K. Hovnanian T & C Homes at Illinois, LLC to K. Hovnanian at Villas at the Commons, LLC in connection with the issuance of the subdivision bond.
