Dennis Kelly called the public hearing to order at 6:55 P.M.
Those present were:
Dennis Kelly, President
Gigi Iacovelli, Vice President
Jessica Underwood, Secretary
Steven Allen, Acting Treasurer
Absent: Drew McMahon, Treasurer
No Visitors
General Discussion:
Notice of Public Hearing was published in the Daily Herald.
A general discussion took place about the Combined Annual Budget and Appropriation Ordinance 1-08-2020-01.
The Park Board reviewed the Certificate of Secretary and Certificate of Chief Fiscal Officer.
Motion to adjourn the public hearing was made by Dennis and seconded by Steven.

Dennis declared the public hearing adjourned at 7:05p.m.
