Dennis Kelly called meeting to order at 7:05 p.m.
Commissioners present: Dennis Kelly, Steven Allen, Jessica Underwood, Gigi Iacovelli
Absent: Drew McMahon

Motions:
Motion to approve the minutes of the December 2019 Park Board Meeting was made by Gigi Iacovelli and seconded by Steven Allen.

Motion to approve the November 2019 Treasurer’s Report was made by Steven Allen and seconded by Jessica Underwood.

Motion to approve the Barrington Hills Park District’s Annual Combined Budget and Appropriation Ordinance 01-08-2020-01 was made by Dennis Kelly and seconded by Steven Allen. Roll Call Vote

Motion to adjourn at 8:25 p.m. was made by Dennis Kelly and seconded by Jessica Underwood.

Commissioners’ Discussion
The Advisory Board did not meet in December and no report was given to the Board.
Discussion regarding Residency Rules for Park Districts will be tabled until next month.
The Board reviewed the year-end newsletter and it will be emailed to the District’s mailing list this week.
There were no new rental applications or trainer registrations.
Gigi requested that a new controller and button be installed for the overhead door on the east wall of the main barn so that it matched the controller on the west side.
