Motion to adopt an Ordinance, amending section 8-8-1 B 3 of the Village Code, deleting the reference to International Fire Code, 2000 edition and replacing it with the International Fire Code, 2018 edition and amending the relevant text of the Fire Code to require builders of new single family homes, at the time of permit application, to offer the home buyers the option to install a Fire Suppression System and to submit a waiver, if the option is declined.
