(a) APPROVAL OF MINUTES: a Regular Meeting held on March 3, 2020 at 7:00 p.m.; approval but

not release of Closed Session Minutes of a meeting held on March 3, 2020 at 7:46 p.m.

(b) BILLS: Vouchers 134620 through 134725 drawn on Huntington National Bank, N.A., Total:

$654,417.67

8. Consider passing RESOLUTION as follows:

(a) Maintenance of Streets and Highways by Municipality Under Illinois Highway Code – MFT Funds

for the general maintenance program per Director Roberts

9. Consider passing ORDINANCES as follows:

(a) Authorizing renewal of aggregation program for electrical load per Commissioner Fischer

(b) Consider Zoning Docket 20-Z-4, requesting a Special Use Permit to operate a ministerial training

center as petitioned by Liberty Temple Zion located at 2200 Sheridan Road, per Director Ianson.

Planning & Zoning Commission recommends approval with conditions.

(c) Approving and Authorizing the Issuance of Tax Anticipation Warrants in the Amount of Not to

Exceed $1,000,000 and All Steps Necessary for the Aforesaid per City Attorney

10. DISCUSSION/AUTHORIZATION/APPROVAL

(a) Consider approval of Intergovernmental Agreement among the Member Agencies of the Major Crash

Assistance Team (MCAT), Lake County, Illinois per Chief Henderson
