(a) Consider Zoning Docket 20-Z-20 and ordinance requesting a Special Use Permit for a 2.5 Megawatt Direct Current/2 Megawatt Alternate Current Fixed Tilt Ground Mounted Community Solar Project in Zion, IL per Director Ianson. Planning and Zoning Commission recommends approval.
(b) Consider proposal from Dan Shomon Inc. and Strategic Partnership Alliance Ltd. for Legislation Assistance per Mayor McKinney
(c) Consider filling one Police Sergeant vacancy and requesting the name of the next qualified candidate from the Board of Fire and Police Commissioners eligibility list per Chief Henderson
(d) Consider waiving fees for community signage project per Administrator Knabel
