Village of Cary Committee of the Whole met Oct. 6.
Here is the minutes provided by the committee:
1. Call to Order This meeting was called to order at 6:16 p.m. by Mayor Kownick.
II. Roll Call Present: Mayor Kownick and Trustees Betz, Covelli, Collier, Kraus, McAlpine and Weinhammer. Trustees Covelli, Kraus and Weinhammer participated via audio conference. Absent: None.
Also present were Village Administrator Rife, Community Director Simmons, Chief Finlon and Village Attorney Uhler. Public Works Director Morimoto participated via audio conference.
III. Pledge of Allegiance Mayor Kownick led in the recitation of the Pledge of Allegiance.
IV. Public Comments There being no comments from the public, Mayor Kownick closed Public Comments at 6:17 p.m.
V. Discussion Regarding the Project Scope for the Village of Cary ITEP Grant Application Director Morimoto provided an overview of the proposed grant project.
It was the consensus of the Committee of the whole to move forward to a future Village Board meeting approval of the Village of Cary ITEP Grant application
VI. Adjourn There being no further items to discuss, Mayor Kownick entertained a motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:30 p.m.
