(a) Consider Zoning Docket 21-Z-2 and ordinance, requesting a Text Amendment to Chapter 82 of the Zion Municipal Code by adding Article VII-Brighton Ponds per Director Ianson. Planning & Zoning Commission recommends approval.
(b) Consider Zoning Docket 21-Z-3 and ordinance, requesting a Text Amendment to Section 102- 504(a) of the Zion Municipal Code by adding setback requirements for roof mounted solar panels per Director Ianson. Planning & Zoning Commission recommends approval.
