On Nov. 10, William S. Hansen III sold their commercial property at 2317 Salem Blvd., Zion to Kyle S. and Brendy Y. Rainey for $300,000.

In 2019, the property tax paid for this property was $8,582.24, which is 2.86% of the sale price of the home.

This commercial property last sold for $155,000 on Aug. 2, 2016.

So far in November 2021, four properties sold in Zion.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were seven registered voters residing at 2317 Salem Blvd. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Chantel Cimone Ware, 39, Aljurita Slayton, 70, Steven Howard Oswald, 68, Zulma Santiago, Ashley Rivera, Vernard V Perkins, 48, and David Dozier Santiago.
