A. Motion to approve a Second Temporary Extension of an Intergovernmental Agreement with College of Lake County for the Use of the Madison Street Mall. This matter was heard before the Community Development Committee on March 7, 2022.

B. Motion to adopt an Ordinance Disconnecting Certain Territory Contiguous to the City of Waukegan. This matter was heard before the Community Development Committee on March 7, 2022.

C. Motion to waive competitive bidding and to authorize the proper City Officials to purchase six (6) 2022 Ford Explorer Police Pursuit SUV’s from Terry’s Ford in Peotone Illinois with a total price not to exceed $256,000. Payment for the vehicles will be made from line item 205 1205 26493. This matter was heard before the Finance and Purchasing Committee on March 7, 2022.

D. Motion to authorize the proper City Officials to order and purchase 15 (Fifteen) 2022 Ford Explorer Police Pursuit SUV’s under the State Bid through Currie Ford in Frankfort Illinois with a total price not to exceed $508,605.00. Payment for the vehicles will be made from line item 205-120526493 in Fiscal Year 2022-2023. This matter was heard before the Finance and Purchasing Committee on March 7, 2022.

E. Motion to approve an Ordinance comprehensively amending sections of the City's Building Code. This matter was heard before the Code Revisions, Appeals and Negotiations Committee on February 22, 2022.

G. Motion to adopt an Ordinance Repealing Various Sections of Chapter 4 of the Code of Ordinances Regarding Domestic Animal Licenses. This matter was heard before the Code Revisions, Appeals and Negotiations Committee on February 22, 2022.
