City of Lake Forest Plan Commission met April 13.
Here is the agenda provided by the commission:
1. Introduction of Commission members and staff, overview of meeting procedures – Acting Chairman Pasquesi
2. Consideration of the minutes of the March 9, 2022 Plan Commission meeting.
3. Public Hearing and Action: Consideration of a request for a Special Use Permit for Sophia Steak Lake Forest, a new, full service restaurant proposed in an existing tenant space (formerly occupied by restaurants) located within 150 feet of property zoned for residential use. The property is addressed as 181 E. Laurel Avenue and is located on the southwest corner of Western and Laurel Avenues.
