$174,896 in Municipal Sales Tax collected in February for Wauconda

Wauconda taxpayers paid $174,896 in Municipal Sales Tax in February, according to Illinois tax records.

This is a decrease from the month before when $229,568 was collected.

Taxpayers in Wauconda have paid $2.4 million in Municipal Sales Tax in the last 12 months.

The Municipal Sales Tax is collected for municipal governments' use.

Illinois is the highest taxed state in the US.
