Forester Women Celebrated for Fall Semester Academics
Continuing their tradition of excellence in the classroom, the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) announced Thursday that the Lake Forest College women's swimming and diving team earned Scholar All-America honors for their efforts last semester after posting a combined GPA of 3.66.
The Forester women have claimed the Scholar All-America status for 22 out of the last 23 semesters.
In total, 803 teams from 479 institutions earned the honor. Teams were selected on the basis of their Fall 2022 team grade point averages and represent 19,426 student-athletes.
The Foresters are coached by Vadim Tashlitsky '00 and Amy Finn '12.
