8. Consider passing RESOLUTION as follows:
(a) Maintenance of Streets and Highways by Municipality Under Illinois Highway Code – MFT Funds for the general maintenance programs for FY25 per Director Roberts
9. Consider passing ORDINANCES as follows:
(a) Authorizing and approving an agreement with Comcast Cable Communications Management, LLC for Communications/Ethernet Services and related equipment per Mayor Pro-Tem Fischer
(b) Amending provisions of Chapter 56 of the Zion Municipal Code regarding Liquor License Classifications and application requirements per City Attorney
10. DISCUSSION/AUTHORIZATION/APPROVAL
(a) Consider Zoning Docket 24-Z-11 and ordinance, requesting a Variance to Section 102-206 of the Zion Municipal Code to continue the Single-Family Use in the Highway Business District for property located at 1901 Sheridan Road per Director Ianson. Planning & Zoning Commission recommends approval.
(b) Consider Zoning Docket 24-Z-12 and ordinance, requesting a Special Use Permit from Section 70-128(2) and Section 70-114(4) of the Zion Municipal Code for an electric message board at New Tech Campus per Director Ianson. Planning & Zoning Commission recommends approval.
(c) Consider Zoning Docket 24-Z-13 and ordinance, requesting a Variance to Section 102-32(c) of the Zion Municipal Code to exceed the maximum lot coverage allowed for a new garage and driveway for property located at 2821 Bethel Blvd. per Director Ianson. Planning & Zoning Commission recommends approval.
(d) Consider Zoning Docket 24-Z-14 and ordinance, requesting a Variance from Section 102-52(2)(a)(4) of the Zion Municipal Code to allow a swimming pool in the side yard for property located at 3244 Gideon, per Director Ianson. Planning & Zoning Commission recommends approval.
(e) Tabulation of Bids – Demolition of 1805 27th Street per Director Ianson
(f) Consider approval of purchase of dump trucks and related equipment in the Public Works Department per Director Roberts
(g) Consider approval of amendment to the collective bargaining agreement for the IUOE Local 150 Clerical Union per Director Conway
