(a) APPROVAL OF MINUTES: a Regular Meeting held on May 21, 2024 at 7:00 p.m.; approval but not release of Closed Session Minutes of a Meeting held on May 21, 2024 at 7:46 p.m.

(b) BILLS: Vouchers 146099 through 146120 drawn on Huntington National Bank, N.A., Total: $587,546.87

7. Consider passing RESOLUTION as follows:

(a) Authorizing the execution of Illinois Public Water Supply Loan Program application documents per Director Roberts

8. Consider passing ORDINANCES as follows:

(a) Authorizing the City of Zion, Lake County, Illinois to borrow funds from the Public Water Supply Loan Program per Director Roberts

(b) Authorizing and approving the purchase of products and services from Flock Group Inc. per Chief Barden

(c) Authorizing and approving services (peer support and mental health services for members of the Zion Police Department) from We Never Walk Alone per Chief Barden

(d) Regarding surplus property in the Police Department per Chief Barden

 9. DISCUSSION/AUTHORIZATION/APPROVAL

(a) Consider Zoning Docket 24-Z-8 and ordinance, requesting a Zoning change from LM (Light Manufacturing) to G-1 (General Industrial) at the property located at 1903 Sheridan Road per Director Ianson.

(b) Consider Zoning Docket 24-Z-9 and ordinance, requesting a Special Use Permit to operate a Truck Service Repair/Lease Parking Facility at the property located at 1903 Kenosha Road per Director Ianson.

(c) Consider approval of a Redevelopment Agreement by and between the City of Zion and Gray Animal Hospital Inc. per Administrator Knabel

(d) Presentation and/or consideration of a transfer of a liquor license for BMS Property Group per City Attorney

(e) Discussion regarding the Lake Consolidated Emergency Communications LakeComm Proposal per Chief Barden
