Emerson Eagles win conference wrestling meet | Park Ridge-Niles School District 64
The Emerson Eagles wrestling teams secured a significant victory at the conference tournament earlier this month, earning titles as both Varsity and Girls Team Champions.
The Lincoln Lions also delivered a strong performance, finishing second in the varsity category, highlighting the competitive spirit of D64 schools.
Emerson had the honor of hosting the tournament. Gratitude is extended to all parents, wrestlers, and staff who contributed to making it a successful weekend.
"A round of applause for the Emerson Eagles wrestling teams for winning the conference tournament at the beginning of the month," said an official statement. "The Eagles were crowned Varsity and Girls Team Champions!"
"The Lincoln Lions took 2nd in varsity, so it was a great showing from our D64 schools," added the statement.
"Also, Emerson hosted the tournament, so thank you to all the parents, wrestlers, and staff who helped make it an awesome weekend," concluded the remarks.
