Eighth-grade students Riya Dhondi and Jocelyn Jerome were welcomed as student representatives to the Lincolnshire Prairie View School District 103 Board this week. The Board created the Student Representative position to gain direct feedback from students on various topics. The representatives, who do not have voting rights, discussed the success of Warrior Wednesdays and the implementation of the PikmyKid digital hall pass system during their presentation.

Board members explained that including student voices is important for understanding student perspectives on school matters.
