Lake Forest Schools announced that the Lake Forest High School Booster Bash 2025, organized by the LFHS Boosters, will take place on March 8. The event will feature a "Scouts Superfans" theme, encouraging attendees to wear Scout gear. This announcement was made in a news release.
According to Lake Forest Schools, the LFHS Boosters contributed $199,802 for the 2023-2024 period. This funding includes $100,348 for athletic competition equipment grants, $54,000 for special request grants such as scoreboards, $39,982 for campus excellence displays, $4,000 for student-athlete awards, $3,922 for varsity team grants, and $1,390 for professional development grants for coaches. Additionally, a winner will be announced at the event for the best-dressed Scout.
The LFHS Boosters is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting Lake Forest High School athletics by promoting student-athlete success and sportsmanship. The group offers memberships and sponsorship opportunities with donations potentially qualifying for tax deductions. Community Partner Sponsors like Lake Forest Bank & Trust contribute to funding various programs benefiting LFHS students. Membership is open to all supporters without obligations beyond donation. Annual memberships are available from August to May; additional contributions can be made without membership.
