Vernon Hills named top place to live in Lake County by Niche

Niche has ranked Vernon Hills as the #1 best place to live in Lake County.

The site also ranked the village as the 4th best place to live in the Chicagoland area and in all of Illinois. Additionally, it was placed among the top 100 communities nationwide.

Municipal officials expressed gratitude towards leaders, residents, schools, businesses, non-profit partners, and visitors for their collective efforts in creating a high quality of life.
