The Village's contractor, Brother's Asphalt Paving, is set to begin road improvements in various areas starting May 1st, with work expected to continue through early July.

The specific locations targeted for improvements include Sawgrass Street and Plainfield Court in the Sawgrass Subdivision of Gregg’s Landing. Additionally, several streets in the Centennial Crossing Subdivision will see upgrades: Ranney Avenue, Depot Street, Superior Street, Central Park Place, Ontario Street, Huron Street, LaSalle Street, Marseilles Street, and Donnelly Place. Furthermore, both east and westbound lanes of Gregg’s Parkway between North Huntington Drive and Lakeview Parkway are scheduled for rehabilitation.

Weekly construction updates will be made available throughout the duration of the project. Residents with questions or those needing to report any property damages can contact the Public Works Engineering Division via the online Service Request System by completing the form titled "Road Construction- Questions/Complaints/Report Damage. "
