9. DISCUSSION/AUTHORIZATION/APPROVAL

(a) Consider Zoning Docket 25-Z-7 and ordinance, requesting a Special Use Permit from Section 102-58(5) and of the Zion Municipal Code to operate a Daycare Center located at 2730 Sheridan Road per Director Ianson. Planning & Zoning Commission recommends approval.

(b) Consider updates to EMS billing structure per Chief Stried
