The annual Westminster Public Schools (WPS) Showcase and Trick-or-Treat Night is scheduled for Monday, October 20, at Westminster High School. The event will take place from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., offering families a chance to engage with their school community.
Parents attending the event can learn about their children’s academic performance and future plans of the schools. The showcase will feature interactive displays of student work, live performances, hands-on demonstrations, and information on various programs and pathways available throughout WPS.
Each school in the district will set up a booth to present student data and highlight its unique features. Students are encouraged to wear Halloween costumes as they collect treats, enjoy music, food, and other activities. Community partners such as Wetsy Futures will also participate.
Young students from WPS have an opportunity to visit Westminster High School during the event and learn about what the school offers. Teachers and staff from both Westminster High School and Ranum Innovation Campus will be available to provide information on career pathways, athletics, extracurricular opportunities, arts, world languages, and more.
