The City of Highland Park will hold meetings for the Committee of the Whole and the City Council on October 20, 2025. The Committee of the Whole meeting is scheduled for 5:30 PM, followed by the City Council meeting at 7:30 PM. Both meetings will take place at City Hall, located at 1707 St. Johns Ave.
During the Committee of the Whole meeting, city officials plan to revisit discussions on regulations for e-bikes and e-scooters. This topic was previously addressed in a policy discussion earlier in the summer. A staff report and recommendations related to these regulations are included in the agenda packet, which can be accessed through the city's official website at cityhpil.com/agendacenter.
