Families with students at Woodland Primary School are invited to a nature walk and craft event on November 7, 2025. The gathering will take place at Warren Township Park Community Woods in Gurnee from 1:30 to 3:00 p.m., near Shelter B.
The event is part of the Primary Playdates series, which aims to help students and their families connect outside of school. According to organizers, “Primary Playdates are a wonderful way to meet up with your Wildcat's classmates, and make new friends! Additionally, there will be a fun nature activity, and Warren Township Park staff will be available to share information about the community woods.”
Warren Township Park staff will also provide information about the local woods during the event. Families interested in attending are encouraged to RSVP.
