The Lake Forest Plan Commission held its regular meeting Dec. 9 at Deerfield City Hall.
The commission was expected to hold a public hearing on the 10-acre Laurel and Western Avenue development. Pending public opinion, the commission anticipated approving the final plat map and development plan for the project.
Focus Development Inc. CEO Tim Anderson and Development Manager Christine Kolb were expected to represent the project.
The commission was also expected to hold a public hearing and vote on a request from Roger and Sandra Deromedi and Steven and Anne Skinner to adjust the subdivision lines for properties at 880 E. Illinois Rd., 900 E. Illinois Rd. and 211 Maple Ct.
Finally, the commission planned to approve its 2016 meeting schedule.
