Lake Forest Zoning Board considers variance requests to build elevator, motor court

At a recent meeting, the Lake Forest Zoning Board of Appeals considered variance requests to build a motor court and an elevator.

The board hears all requests for variations in zoning, various special-use permits and appeals from administrative decisions or interpretations of the Zoning Code.

Below is the agenda for this meeting, as provided by the board.

The board meets at 6:30 p.m. on the fourth Monday of the month at City Hall, 220 E. Deerpath.

3. Consideration of approval of the minutes from the June 27, 2016 meeting.

4. Continued consideration of a request for a variance from the side yard

setback to allow construction of additions located at 611 E. Illinois Road.
