Village of Mundelein issued the following announcement on Nov. 16.
The Mundelein Police Academy Alumni Association will hold its tenth Annual Spaghetti Dinner Fundraiser on Friday, November 30, 2018 from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., doors open at 4:30 at the Mundelein Police Department, 221 North Lake Street, before and immediately following the annual tree lighting ceremony. There will be a raffle with gift certificates to local merchants and a 50/50 raffle.
The Alumni Association assists the Police Department with many events throughout the year and has donated equipment such as portable breath testers for the department’s use and donated money to the MPD’s Shop with a Cop event.
Tickets are $8 for adults, $5 for children 5-12 years of age, and children 4 and under are free. Tickets can be purchased in advance or the night of the event in the lobby of the Police Department.
