Kindergarten Information & Registration Night
Thursday, February 7, 2019
6:30pm - 7:00pm Information Session
7:00pm - 8:00pm Registration
***REGISTRATION FORMS WILL BE AVAILABLE AT THE MEETING***
Who should attend?
- Parents/guardians of an incoming Kindergarten student (your child will be five years old on or before September 1st, 2019), -AND-
- Resident of Lake Zurich Community Unit School District 95.
- Attend the meeting at your child’s future elementary school.
- If you are not sure what school your child will attend, contact us at Feedback@lz95.org or call 847-438-2834.
- A certified copy of your child’s birth certificate (foreign birth certificates are acceptable).
- We need to see the original, but we will not keep it.
- Please call the school office if your child does not have a birth certificate.
- Emergency contact information.
- Payment, cash or check. Checks are payable to CUSD95.
- Full-day Kindergarten registration fee -$75
- Half-day Kindergarten registration fee - $50.
- Documents to prove residency.
