VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD: Woodvale Avenue Project Public Meeting - Wednesday, February 20, 2019

Village of Deerfield issued the following announcement on Feb. 12.

The Village of Deerfield invites you to attend a Public Information Meeting concerning the ongoing Engineering Study for Woodvale Avenue, between North Avenue and the dead-end of Woodvale Avenue. The purpose of the meeting is to introduce the project to the public, including the project schedule, existing conditions and the proposed improvements. Currently, the project intends to perform a full reconstruction of North Avenue between Wincanton Drive and Woodvale Avenue; a full reconstruction of Woodvale Avenue between North Avenue and the dead-end of Woodvale Avenue; and a full reconstruction of Woodridge Court. We have scheduled the meeting on the following date:

Date: Wednesday, February 20, 2019

Time: 6 p.m.-8 p.m.

Location: Village Hall – 2nd Floor Council Chambers

Presentation Material: Woodvale Avenue Executive Summary & Improvement Map

The meeting will include a formal presentation at 6 p.m., followed by a question and answer session. Staff from the Village's Engineering Department and project engineering consultant representatives will be present to discuss the project and answer any questions on an individual basis. We encourage residents to review the Woodvale Avenue Executive Summary and the Improvement Map to familiarize themselves with the project in advance of the meeting.
