How did Ken Idstein spend campaign funds in the first quarter?

Republican Ken Idstein's election campaign committee, Friends of Ken Idstein, spent $11,429 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).
