Adlai E Stevenson High School District 125 issued the following announcement on Dec. 10.
Stevenson parents and guardians are invited to participate in the eighth annual statewide Illinois 5Essentials Survey now through Feb. 14. The confidential online survey is administered by UChicago Impact at the University of Chicago, on behalf of the Illinois State Board of Education.
The 5Essentials Survey is designed to generate a detailed picture of the inner workings of schools around the state. Parents and guardians are encouraged to share their thoughts about Stevenson’s effectiveness in five key indicators that affect and predict school success:
· Effective leaders
· Collaborative teachers
· Involved families
· Supportive environments
· Ambitious instruction
All survey responses will be kept completely confidential and will never be connected to parents and guardians, or their students.
