College of Lake County’s new Advanced Technology Center in Gurnee was a prime backdrop for the annual State of the College address on Wednesday, Oct. 12.
CLC President Dr. Lori Suddick spoke to community members and local partners about the future strategic direction of the institution. You can read the Community Impact Report online. This report shares the latest about how CLC lives up to its mission and vision, highlighting the following:

On Saturday, Oct. 22, the ATC opened its doors to the community for a Grand Opening event for the whole family. Culinary students gave out free food, WXLC live broadcasted and faculty did demonstrations. The event was a great opportunity to see the 27,000 square foot new welding and fab lab and new INT and Hydraulics lab space up close.
