Coal City High School announces inaugural staff vs. student pickleball tournament

Coal City High School has announced its First Annual Staff vs. Student Paddle Battle pickleball tournament. Scheduled for February 11, 2025, from 6:00-8:30 pm, the high school auxiliary gym will host this doubles tournament open to all high school students and district staff.

The event aims to support the Coal City North Park pickleball project, sponsored by the Coal City Tennis Association. The CCHS Tennis teams will be collecting a suggested donation of $1 at the door.

Participants and spectators alike are invited to witness who will claim the title of first-ever Ultimate Pickleball Champion.
