Bruce Gehrke Byron High School graduate | Byron Community Unit School District 226
Bruce Gehrke, a 2024 Byron High School graduate, will be awarded the prestigious Futures Farmer of America (FFA) American Degree. He is one of only six Byron High School graduates to receive this honor.
“This honor represents the highest level of accomplishment in the FFA Organization, and it is a testament to the dedication, hard work, and passion that Bruce has shown in his journey through agriculture education,” said Eric Tryggestad, Byron High School agriculture teacher. “I couldn’t be prouder of Bruce. ”
The FFA American Degree recognizes select students each year who have excelled in agricultural pursuits and made lasting impacts on their communities.
