Lake County is inviting nonprofit, educational, and government organizations to participate in upcoming training sessions about Northstar Digital Literacy licenses. This initiative is part of a partnership with Northstar Digital Literacy, a program by Literacy Minnesota, aimed at providing no-cost digital skills licenses to organizations that support skill-building for residents.

Organizations that obtain a license will have access to Northstar’s curriculum, lesson plans, assessments, and additional resources designed to help residents develop essential digital skills. To facilitate this process, interested organizations can join Zoom training sessions scheduled for June.

The first session, "Overview of Northstar Features," will take place on Wednesday, June 11. It will be followed by "Getting Started with Northstar Digital Literacy" on Wednesday, June 18. The final session, "Introducing Learners to Northstar Digital Literacy," is set for Thursday, June 26.
