Carthage Elementary School District 317 has expressed appreciation to the United Way of Greater River Region for providing several Walmart gift cards. According to the district, these donations help address funding gaps for essential resources, support enrichment opportunities for students, and provide assistance to families in need.

"Strong community partnerships such as this ensure we can continue fostering equitable access to learning and supporting the whole child—academically, socially, and emotionally. We are incredibly thankful for the United Way’s commitment to education and to the success of our students and families," stated representatives from Carthage Elementary School District 317.
