VAR-001111-2025: On the petition of Scott M. Jones and Ruth A. Jones, record owners, who seek the following variations from the requirements of the Lake County Code and any other zoning relief as required:

1. Reduce the front street setback from 27 feet to 3 feet for a proposed gazebo;

2. Reduce the front street setback from 27 feet to 3 feet for a patio;

3. Reduce the front street setback from 27 feet to 6 feet for a hot tub;

4. Reduce the interior side yard setback from 5.9 feet to 3 feet for a hot tub;

5. Reduce the interior side yard setback from 5.9 feet to 0 feet for a patio;

6. Reduce the interior side yard setback from 5.9 feet to 0 feet to alleviate the nonconforming status of an existing deck;
