Lake Forest Community High School District 115 has announced that choir students from Lake Forest High School (LFHS) have been selected to perform at the District 7 Illinois Music Education Association (ILMEA) Festivals. These students will have the opportunity to advance to the All-State level.
According to LFHS, several students were chosen for the District 7 ILMEA Honors Ensembles, representing their school in various musical categories. Kaia Few will perform as alto II, Nicole Janowicz as soprano II, and Brady Stadolnik as tenor II. Additionally, Connor Tzau was selected for cello, James Wang for clarinet, and Jude Weinstein for jazz drum set.
The Lake Forest High School Music Department provides performing ensembles and classes that focus on developing responsibility, leadership, musicianship, self-discipline, and professionalism while promoting lifelong participation in music. Students can access the 2025-2026 course guide and stay informed through regular newsletters such as the choir editions from January, March, and September, and band notes from March and April 2025.

Lake Forest High School was founded in 1935 and is a public secondary school located in Lake Forest, Illinois. It serves grades 9–12 for students from Lake Forest, Lake Bluff, and Knollwood. The school is situated at 1285 N. McKinley Road and is home to the Scouts with royal blue and gold as its colors.
